We are proud of our breakfasts and also of the local Cornish produce we choose from some of the most respected purveyors in the region.
If a full cooked breakfast is your thing, it's good to know that the house cured back bacon, sausages and puddings arrive fresh at our door from Vivian Olds of St Just; a Cornish family butcher that has been trading for over 100 years from the same tiny shop front on Chapel Street.
Sublimely smoked Cornish haddock is provided to us by renowned St Ives fish mongers Matthew Stevens & Son and is then carefully prepared, cooked and presented as the 'Oystercatcher Smokey'.
Our eggs are all free-range and arrive to us from Rosedown Farm over near Bodmin. These beautifully rich, fresh eggs are always praised by our guests.
Our tea, coffee hot chocolate and sugar are all Fairtrade.

- Oystercatcher Smokey: Cornish smoked haddock, hollandaise, brioche, poached egg

Breakfast starts at 8.30am and you can order cooked breakfast up to 9.15am, otherwise cereal, toast, tea and coffee are available until 10am.
